The proprietary internal glass pre-coat improves the 650-lumen output/depreciation through the life of the bulb. The circuit design is engineered to ensure optimal lamp performance during dim mode or full power and it runs at a cooler operating temperature to maximize lamp life for up to 8,000 hours. The flood lamp features an end-of-life circuitry which shuts the bulb off automatically if it senses any lamp issues or end of life conditions. TCP flood lamps meet FCC consumer limits and are UL approved for enclosed fixtures 23-watts and below. The TCP 2R3016DIM 16-watt Dimmable R30 Flood Lamp is covered by a 12-month warranty and is sold one item per package.
