AT-4020 is a uniquely formulated adhesive, designed to secure components with minimal sagging in vertical or overhead positions. It cures within 10 to 12 minutes and gains full strength in about 40 minutes. This adhesive is ideal for bonding composites and plastics, but not suitable for metal substrates. Unlike other two-part acrylics, AT-4020 boasts a one-year shelf life when stored at 72F, though refrigeration is recommended. It comes in a 50ml cartridge, mixable by hand or using the AT-300 gun and tips, and can bond up to 200 parts.
